Hello, I’m Angela!
I’m a passionate mobile personal fitness trainer and yoga instructor dedicated to helping individuals age gracefully through the power of movement.
I firmly believe that movement is medicine, and I’m here to encourage and support you on your fitness journey with fun and engaging workouts in your own home! My approach balances strength and mobility, ensuring you achieve functional movement that enhances your everyday life.
I especially enjoy empowering women over 50, helping them regain their energy and vitality. My goal is to inspire you to be strong, energetic, and confident in your body!
What it looks like
After an initial consultation, I will create a personalized fitness program tailored to your specific goals, addressing any muscle imbalances, joint weaknesses, or personal concerns. If you decide to book a session bundle, we will then coordinate a time and place to meet.
I come to your home with all the necessary equipment, making your workout experience both convenient and enjoyable—no more commuting to a gym or yoga studio! I also am happy to come to your workplace and can accommodate excercise classes for small or larger groups on request.
During our first session I will I conduct a thorough movement assessment to identify any mobility issues which need particular focus. My services include rehabilitation assistance for injuries, muscle mass enhancement, cardiovascular improvement, increased mobility and flexibility, body fat reduction, agility training, and stress relief, including thai massage.
Most importantly, I provide the accountability and motivation you need to stay on track!
Session Bundles
$90 per session
Not sure if you can commit? Book a small bundle of just three sessions to get started! I will come to you and we can keep things flexible.
$82 per session
Save when you book a bundle of six sessions at one time. These can be scheduled at a time and place convenient to you.
$75 per session
Save even more when you book a bundle of ten sessions! You can schedule your sessions up to 6 months in advance and this will help you stay committed to your goals!
