I have been a personal trainer for over 35 years and I love what I do!

My work enables me to help individuals embrace the aging process with grace and vitality. With a deep belief that movement is medicine, I strive to inspire and support those embarking on their fitness journeys, guiding them through engaging and effective workouts at home. My approach focuses on balancing strength and mobility for functional movement, and I especially enjoy working with women over 50 who are looking to regain their energy and enthusiasm for life. My goal is to empower women to feel strong and vibrant.

What I Offer

After an initial consultation, I will design a customized program that addresses your unique goals while identifying and correcting any muscle imbalances that you may have. During the first session, I will conduct a thorough movement assessment to identify any mobility concerns and will help you use your home environment for effective and safe movement.

My services include rehabilitation of injuries, increasing muscle mass and cardiovascular fitness, enhancing mobility and flexibility, reducing body fat, boosting agility, alleviating stress, and, most importantly, providing accountability. I come directly to your home with all the necessary equipment, making it convenient for you to participate in dynamic and enjoyable workouts without the hassle of commuting to a gym or yoga class.
