Do I need any equipment at home?
No! I bring all necessary equipment to every session including weights, resistance bands, mats, and any other tools we need. You just need a space approximately 10x10 feet where we can move comfortably.
What areas of Calgary do you serve?
I provide mobile personal training services throughout Calgary and surrounding areas. During your free consultation, we can confirm that your location is within my service area.
How long are the training sessions?
Each personal training session is 60 minutes long. This includes a warm-up, the main workout, cool-down, and stretching. The time is entirely focused on you and your fitness goals.
Can I train if I have health conditions or injuries?
Yes! With over 35 years of experience including Athletic Therapy certification, I'm trained to work with various health conditions and injuries. We'll discuss your medical history during consultation and I can modify exercises as needed. I may request clearance from your doctor for certain conditions.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
I understand that life happens! I ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows me to potentially offer the time slot to another client. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may forfeit that session.
How often should I train per week?
This depends on your goals and fitness level. Most clients see excellent results training 2-3 times per week. We'll discuss the optimal frequency during your consultation based on your specific goals, schedule, and budget.
